■ Standard functions of this saturation diving watch:
Since first presented in 1986, deep sea divers from all over the world have come to hold a high level of confidence in our 1000 meter, saturation diving, water proof Seiko Prospex SBBN011 divers watch.
- The lack of a removable back panel and the well-designed internal packaging of the single-bodied construction case have allowed us to achieve the world'shighest level of waterproofing, which meets the rigorous needs for use in deep water saturation diving.
- We have achieved the most impact resistant watch possible by using a layer of hard titanium for the watch case, surrounded by a ceramic protective layer to resist shock.
- The ergonomic and elastic accordion-style band made from urethane, which was first invented by Seiko in 1975, is ideal in adapting to water pressure changes that are inherent in deep sea diving.
- Equipped with a quartz movement that provides adequate torque to sustain movement of the thick watch hands, even under deep sea conditions.

- A one-of-a-kind Silver Coin minted by the Spanish Empire in the New World is included in the box with each watch. (Each coin is certified by Marx. The coin conditions and designs differ by the age, place of mintage, and state of preservation of the coin.) These coins were recovered from colonial Spanish galleons that sank between the 16th and the 18th century while traveling from the New World to Spain. They were recovered from Central and South American shipwreck sites by several salvage operations between 1964 and 2008, in which Marx was a project consultant.
- A book, "Isla El Muerto and The Treasures of The Consolacion" written by William Gene Seliger is also included.
- On the back of the case, the well known saying of Robert F. Marx "There's a pot of gold waiting to be found at the end of every rainbow!" is written, along with his name. In addition, the seal of the company, SEVEN SEAS SEARCH & SALVAGE, which Marx helped establish, is also presented.
- The name "Robert F. Marx" is also written above the dial in a vivid blue hue.

BOOK
The book "Isla El Muerto and The Treasures of The Consolacion" contains a first-hand account of the treasure salvage operation of a Spanish treasure ship. In it, the distinguished and experienced American diver, William Gene Seliger, describes his experiences and achievements while searching for and salvaging shipwrecks that sank off the coast of Ecuador during the Colonial period of Spanish voyages in the Pacific Ocean. He provides solid background information on pirates and privateers of that time period and historical background of the South Seas Armada leading up to the sinking of the Consolacion. The book also contains valuable information on the minting process used during the Colonial period and how to interpret the markings on the coins. The book contains over 200 underwater and above-water color photos of the work, the salvage crew, the artifacts, the treasure, old maps and charts, and even the local wildlife. This "Seiko Prospex" Robert F. Marx Collaboration Model was made possible through diligent collaboration with Seiko Corporation. Marx is known worldwide as a pioneer professional diver and an underwater archaeologist. He acted as supervising editor for the book and also made many contributions throughout the book, including a special chapter at the end, which lists many new South Seas shipwrecks.
The "Seiko Prospex" Robert F. Marx Collaboration model and the former Spanish empire coins are sold in a specially designed wooden box. The coins are authentic coins, recovered from the historic Spanish galleons. You can find some of the same coins in the pictures from the book. With the Robert F. Marx model, the Spanish coin, and also this book, we hope you will feel the dream and the romance of the sea, sunken treasure, and the history behind it all.
